摘　　要：2020年新冠肺炎疫情的全球蔓延加速了国际经济秩序转型进程,区域化成为日渐受阻的全球化的有力补充,并成为全球治理的一种新发展态势。在这种背景下,亚太区域合作出现了一系列新的变化,两个区域贸易协定——《区域全面经济伙伴关系》与《全面与进步跨太平洋伙伴关系协定》将重新聚焦亚太地区内部的经济联系,赋予亚太地区区域化进程新的意义与作用。亚太区域合作新框架将成为中国构建周边伙伴关系的一个重要模式。The outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 has accelerated the transformation of the international economic order. Regionalization has become a supplement to the increasingly hindered globalization and has become a new development trend in global governance. In this context, a series of new changes have taken place in cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region. Two new regional trade agreements, the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP) and the Comprehensive and Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership(CPTTP), will refocus on the economic ties within the Asia-Pacific region, and will give the Asia-Pacific region a new significance and role in the regionalization process.The new framework for cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region will become an important model for China to build its neighboring partnership.
