拉萨地区血小板平均体积对单采血小板采集量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨拉萨地区血小板平均体积(MPV)对血细胞分离机血小板采集量的影响,为保障高原机采血小板的产品质量提供参数依据。方法检测拉萨地区115例无偿献血者MPV值数据,并对其进行统计学分析;依据MPV的数据,调整Amicus血细胞分离机单采血小板时的输入参数,根据采集时输入参数不同将捐献者分为3组,观察血小板的采集量。结果拉萨地区无偿献血者的MPV值明显低于平原地区主要城市的检测数值;采用校正系数为1.00,MPV为实测值的输入参数可以获得很好的血小板采集数量。结论高原地区人群MPV值偏低,MPV可能是影响机采血小板采集量的主要因素,应根据献血者的MPV值,调整采集前的参数,以保证高原地区血小板采集的质量。Objective To investigate the association between mean platelet volume(MPV)and platelet collection units in Lhasa,so as to provide a parameter basis for ensuring the quality of apheresis platelets collected at high altitude.Methods MPV measurements of 115 voluntary blood donors in Lhasa was determined and statistically analyzed.According to the MPV results,the procedures of Amicus blood cell separator were adjusted and divided into 3 groups.The platelet collection units in three groups was observed.Results The mean MPV value of voluntary blood donors in Lhasa was significantly lower than that in major cities in plain areas;an maximal platelet yield can be obtained by inputting correction coefficient as 1.00 and MPV as the actual value in the procedures.Conclusion MPV value of donor population in plateau area is relatively low and may be the main factor affecting the units of apheresis platelet collected.By adjusting apheresis procedures according to their MPV values,an improved platelet yields could be expected in plateau area.
