摘  要:目的寻找1种简便、低廉、有效过滤乳糜血浆的新方法。方法2019年1—6月,设定试验环境温度为4℃(低温条件),将30份200 mL重度乳糜血浆标本等分成4份(50 mL/份),连接乳糜血过滤器,采取悬挂法过滤乳糜血浆,记录过滤时间,630 nm波长测定过滤前后的乳糜血浆标本吸光度值。结果经0.22μm孔径聚醚砜材质乳糜血过滤器过滤后,血浆吸光度值均<0.090,x=0.057±0.016,且滤过时间在可接受范围内[(76.333±2.987)s]。结论针对小标本乳糜血浆,该方法具有过滤速度快、滤过效果好、操作简便、影响因素少等优点。后期我们将通过增加过滤面积、优化滤器结构、适当增加过滤压力等方法来不断改进,使其能实际应用于血站成分分离环节。Objective To explore a new approach for chylous plasma filtration that was simple,low-priced and effective.Methods From January to June in 2019,each bag of chylous plasma(200 mL/bag,30 bags)was divided into 4 aliquots(50 mL/aliquot)and hanged up to get filtered using chylous blood filter at the temperature of 4℃(low temperature condition).The filtration time was recorded and the absorbance value of chylous plasma samples before and after filtration was measured with 630 nm wavelength.Results The absorbance values of chylous plasma reduced to less than 0.090(x=0.057±0.016)after filtration by 0.22μm-diameter polyethersulfone chylose blood filter.And the filtration time was also within the acceptable range[(76.333±2.987)s].Conclusion The filter is ideal for chylous plasma with small specification due to its fast,effective,simple and low disturbing characteristics.We plan to improve it by increasing filtering area,optimizing filter structure and increasing filtration pressure appropriately in the future for its practical application in blood component preparation.
