摘  要:为提高分布式柔性翼面压力测量系统各测量点的时间同步精度,设计了一套基于IEEE1588的高精度时钟同步系统。分析IEEE1588精准对时的基本原理,提出基于IEEEl588技术的系统实现方案,阐述系统硬件设计方法和主从时钟的软件设计流程,最后测试不同发文周期下的IEEE1588时钟同步精度,探讨影响同步精度的因素和提高同步精度的方法。结果证明,IEEE1588同步精度已达到预期目标,符合测试平台的要求,为下一步基于IEEE1588的时钟同步技术大规模应用到分布式工业测量系统中起到了借鉴作用。In order to improve the time synchronization precision of data acquisition of the distributed flexible wing pressure measuring system,a high precision clock synchronization system based on IEEE1588 was designed.In this paper,the principle of the precision timing of IEEE1588 was analyzed,an IEEE1588 system realization scheme was put forward,the hardware design method and the master-slave clock software design process were expounded.Finally,the IEEE1588 clock synchronization accuracy under different sending cycles was tested,and the factors influencing synchronization accuracy and the method of improving synchronization precision were discussed.The experiments show that the IEEE1588 synchronization accuracy has reached the expected goal,which meets the requirements of the test platform,and also provides a reference for the further application of clock synchronization technology based on IEEE1588 in distributed industrial measurement system.
