摘　　要：从伏邪理论探讨顽固性肛门瘙痒症的病因病机及治法,认为外感六淫与内生五邪皆可为伏邪,感而不发、反复发作、伏邪易转出少阳、易从火化是本病重要特征,治疗上寒温并用,攻补兼施,形气同调,病证结合,六经分治。This paper discusses the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of intractable anal pruritus from the theory of latent pathogenic factors. The main characteristics of this disease are that the six exogenous pathogenic factors and the five endogenous pathogenic factors can be the latent pathogenic factors. The important features of the disease is invasion of the pathogenic factors without attack, recurrent attack, easy to turn pathogenic factors from Shaoyang, and easy to be transmitted into heat. We treat this disease according to both cold and warm, tonification and purgation in combination, harmonization of Qi and body, disease and syndrome combination, and six meridians separation treatment.
