小金丹治疗类风湿关节炎探微

摘　　要：类风湿关节炎为自身免疫性疾病,该病属于中医学痹证之范畴,应用小金丹治疗该病,对寒瘀痰阻之证疗效确切。拟从流注之理,用治顽痹;寒瘀痰湿,缓攻宿邪;以毒攻毒,因势利导;配以他方,杂合以治四方面略述。并辅以病案,以资佐证。Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease, which belongs to the category of arthralgia syndrome in Chinese Medicine. Xiaojin pill is effective in the treatment of cold stasis and phlegm obstruction. In this paper, the following four aspects are described. According to the principle of liuzhu, it is used to treat stubborn arthralgia;It is used to treat cold stasis, phlegm obstruction and slowly attacking of chronic diseases;It can attack toxin with poison, and take advantage of the situation;Combined with other methods, multiple methods are used for treatment. And there are medical records to prove it.
