非法猎杀野生动物犯罪案件特征及防范对策分析

摘　　要：通过开放法律平台所下载的案例,应用自然语言处理等方法对非法猎捕、杀害野生动物犯罪案件的中文文本数据进行结构化处理,统计分析了这类案件的特征,包括被告人情况、非法侵害行为、案件发生的时间和地域、所侵害的野生动物等信息。在统计分析和关联分析的基础上有针对性地提出防范对策,包括根据侵害者的特点进行有重点的防范、对常见案发场所进行有重点的管理和保护、对常见被侵害动物进行有针对性保护、充分应用大数据进行案情研判和综合治理等。Through the cases downloaded from the open legal platform,the writer conducted structured processing of the data in Chinese texts concerning hunting and killing wild animals illegally by using natural language processing and other methods.The characteristics of such cases were statistically analyzed,including the information related with defendants,illegal injury,time and region of such cases,and wildlife hunted.Based on statistical analysis and correlative analysis,this paper recommends countermeasures,including focused prevention according to characteristics of illegal hunters,focused management and protection of high crime occurrence sites,targeted protection of common hunted animals,full application of big data for case study and comprehensive management.
