一种水泥企业单位产品实时能耗对标系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：通过建设本文设计的实时单位产品能耗对标系统,将实现水泥企业的各种水泥对标能耗数据、物料数据的实时采集、统计、分析。得到“可比熟料电耗、可比熟料煤耗、可比熟料综合能耗、可比水泥电耗、可比水泥综合能耗”等五大能耗限额标准及各分布能耗,从而实现该厂水泥单位产品能耗实时对标。企业可通过该系统实现对全厂能耗、生产资料的实时监控和管理。系统预警功能可在能耗异常、设备异常、物料不足、计量器具临期待检等情况下向企业发出警示,以便于企业及时采取措施,实现对全厂实时、科学的精细化管理。Through the construction of the real-time unit product energy consumption benchmarking system designed in this paper,the real-time collection,statistics and analysis of all kinds of standard energy consumption data and material data of cement enterprises will be realized. The five energy consumption quota standards and each distribution energy consumption of the plant are obtained,such as " power consumption of comparable clinker,coal consumption of comparable clinker,comprehensive energy consumption of comparable clinker,power consumption of comparable cement and comprehensive energy consumption of comparable cement". Thus,the real-time calibration of energy consumption per unit product of cement plant is realized. Enterprises can realize real-time monitoring and management of energy consumption and production materials of the whole plant through this platform.The warning function of the system can issue warning to enterprises in the case of abnormal energy consumption,abnormal equipment,insufficient materials,and imminent and expected inspection of measuring instruments,so as to facilitate enterprises to take timely measures to realize real-time and scientific fine management of the whole factory.
