摘　　要：测量标准的期间核查,是确保标准装置在两次溯源间性能可靠的必要手段,休哈特控制图法是标准核查工作的主要方法。本文简要介绍了利用休哈特控制图进行标准核查的理论,从概率学角度对三种平均值控制图异常形态进行了分析,讨论了控制图形态的物理意义,追溯了导致异常的原因,并制定了排除异常因素的步骤。The intermediate verification of measurement standards is a necessary means to ensure the reliable per­formance of the standard device between the two traceability.Shewhart control chart method is the main method of standard verification.This paper briefly introduces the theory of standard verification using Shewhart control chart,analyzes three abnormal forms of average control chart from the perspective of probability,discusses the physical significance of control chart morphology,traces back the causes of abnormal,and formulates the steps to eliminate abnormal factors.
