摘　　要：党的十九届五中全会是在我国将进入新发展阶段、实现中华民族伟大复兴正处在关键时期召开的一次具有全局性、历史性意义的重要会议。面向未来,全会及其通过的建议擘画了中国未来5年以及15年的发展新蓝图,宣示了以习近平同志为核心的党中央带领全党全国各族人民同心同德、顽强奋斗,夺取全面建设社会主义现代化国家新胜利的坚定决心。为了更好领会党的十九届五中全会精神,更好服务“十四五”时期中国经济建设和全面建设社会主义现代化国家,《中国工业经济》编辑部策划了“研究阐释党的十九届五中全会精神笔谈”,邀请7位知名学者,从推进新型城镇化、完善国家创新体系、实行高水平对外开放、全面深化改革、推动区域协调发展等方面撰文,为深入理解党的十九届五中全会精神提供有益的理论启示。The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is an important meeting of overall and historic significance that China will enter a new stage of development and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation at a critical period.Facing the future,the plenary session and the adopted recommendations draw a new blueprint for China’s development in the next five years and 15 years,and declare the firm determination of the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,to lead the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups to work together and tenaciously to win a new victory in building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.In order to better understand the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and better serve China’s economic construction and the overall construction of a modern socialist country in the 14th Five-Year Plan period,the editorial department of China Industrial Economics planned to study and explain the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.Seven well-known scholars were invited to write articles in terms of promoting new urbanization,comprehensively deepening reform,building a high-level open system,improving the national innovation system,and advancing regional coordinated development,so as to provide enlightenment for in-depth understanding of the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
