摘  要:对某柴油机使用过程中曲轴后油封发生渗漏问题进行了分析。结合整机后端受力特点和应用场合,对曲轴后油封进行了优化方向的探讨,并采取了相应的措施,提升了后油封的密封可靠性。这可以为特殊用途柴油机的曲轴后油封开发和设计提供借鉴。The real-end leakage problem of a diesel engine in the process of use was analyzed.The direction of optimizing the rear oil seal was analyzed based on the force characteristics and application conditions of the real end of the engine,and the corresponding measures were taken,improving the sealing reliability of the rear oil seal.This provides a reference for the design and development of crankshaft rear oil seal for special engine application.
