摘　　要：糖尿病是最适宜远程管理的慢病,新冠疫情使糖尿病远程管理显得尤为重要。本共识针对糖尿病远程管理存在的关键问题提出38条推荐意见,为糖尿病远程管理提供初步规范。推荐使用现代信息和通信技术对患者饮食、运动、行为及药物治疗进行远程管理。本共识制定了更适宜远程管理的药物治疗路径。线上复诊时降糖药物必须避免一次大幅度调整,应循序渐进,更应注重低血糖的发生及预防,教育患者掌握所用药物的副作用,积极报告药物不良反应。明确了必须终止线上复诊,启动线下就诊或急诊的情况。糖尿病远程管理可以提高糖尿病管理水平,改善控制达标率。规范化诊疗共识可以降低远程管理的潜在风险,使患者获益,减少糖尿病慢性并发症及合并症。Diabetes is the most suitable chronic disease for telemedicine management.The pandemic of COVID-19 makes telemedicine management particularly important.This consensus puts forward 38 recommendations for key issues in telemedicine management of diabetes,and provides preliminary norms for the management.It is recommended to use modern information and communication technology for tele-management of patients’diet,exercise,behavior and medication.The present consensus has established a drug treatment route that is more suitable for tele-management of diabetes.During online follow-up visits,major changes of treatment must be avoided,and modification of treatment should be done in a stepwise manner.Pay more attention to the occurrence and prevention of hypoglycemia,educate patients on the side effects of the drugs used,and actively report adverse reactions.In some special conditions,it is clear that online follow-up visits must be terminated,and offline visits or emergency visits must be initiated.The telemedicine can improve the level of diabetes management and improve the control rate.Standardized diagnosis and treatment consensus can reduce the potential risks of telemedicine management,benefit patients,and reduce chronic complications and comorbidity of diabetes.
