摘  要:针对传统电能计量系统精度不高、稳定性不强和功能独立性不够等问题,设计了一种高可靠性、高精度的三相电能采集板。该板主要由控制器STM32和电能计量芯片组成。创新性地使用写轮流地址的算法,将累计电能值写入EEPROM,实现均匀擦写,且将EEPROM的使用寿命延长至32年;采用分区域同时校验和写后反读参数检验方法,提高了系统稳定性。软件上,采用功率法校表提高系统的精确性。电能数据累加后通过RS-485通信传送给上一级系统,实现其功能的独立性。经过大量的试验测试,系统能稳定工作且测量误差在0.3%以内。该设计提高了产品准确度,减轻了工人工作量,可以很好地用于工程生产。所设计的三相电能采集板可扩展性强,可以很好地用于扩展照明监控终端的实时电能计量功能,可以为三相电能计量的应用提供借鉴。Because of the problems of low accuracy,low stability and insufficient functional independence of traditional electric energy measurement system,a three phase electric energy acquisition board with high reliability and high precision is designed.The board is mainly composed of controller STM32 and power metering chip.By using the algorithm of writing rotation address to write the cumulative electric energy value to EEPROM innovatively,the EEPROM is able to be written or erased evenly,and the lifetime of EEPROM can be extended up to 32 years.In order to improve the stability of the system,the method of simultaneous verification in different regions and the method of back reading parameters after writing are used innovatively.The power method in software is used to calibrate the meter to improve the accuracy of the system.The electric energy data is accumulated,and then,transmitted to the upper system through RS-485 communication to realize its functional independence.By a large number of experimental tests,it is proved that the system is able to work stably,and the measurement error of the system is within 0.3%.This design improves the accuracy of products,reduces the workload of workers,and can be well used in engineering production.The designed three-phase electric energy acquisition board is provided with strong expansibility,which can be used to expand the real-time electric energy measurement function of lighting monitoring terminal,and to provide reference for the application of three-phase electric energy measurement.
