摘  要:为改善传统变电站三维建模耗时长、交互性低功能不可拓展的问题,提出了一种基于三维可视化技术构建智能变电站的方法。在模型构建方面:采用三维激光扫描仪进行物体表面的点云数据采集,通过拼接技术、模型渲染技术对复杂物体模型进行精细化处理;采用“组合”形式建立智能变电站的整体模型,完成变电站设备的可视化组件构建。在变电站组件通信方面:根据智能电子设备能力描述(ICD)文件、全站系统配置描述(SCD)文件的解析,进行二次设备的通信模型和拓扑结构;基于电力系统自动化领域全球通用(IEC61850)库进行可视化组件通信模块,实现设备位置运行信息的交互。研究结果表明,通过利用三维可视化技术,有效提高了变电站三维模型构建的效率,实现了多维角度下的模型细节展示和系统二次设备间的信息交互。该研究成果对于后续智能变电站的远程监控和操作,以及智能变电站的仿真学习具有重要意义。In order to improve the problem of longer time-consuming,low interaction and non-expandable function of 3D modeling in traditional substations,a method of constructing intelligent substations based on 3D visualization technology is proposed.In the aspect of model construction,3D laser scanner to collect point cloud data on object surface is adopted by using split joint,model rendering technology to refine the complicated object model,the form of"combination"to establish the overall model of intelligent substation,and then,the visualization component construction of substation equipment is accomplished.In terms of the communication technology of substation component,the communication model and topologies are analyzed according to the intelligent capability device(ICD)files and the system configuration diseription(SCD)files.Based on automation of power system library,IEC 61850,the visualization communication modules are made with interaction of equipment location and operation information.The research results show that by using 3D visualization technology,the 3D model construction in substation is effectively improved for the model details display under multi-dimensional and the information interaction between the secondary equipment of the system.This means that the great significance for the remote monitoring and operation of the subsequent intelligent substation and the simulation learning of the intelligent substation are improved.
