摘　　要：制冷机在红外传感等领域具有至关重要的作用,而制冷机控制器的校准是保证制冷机准确控温的关键一环。基于Visual Basic 6.0设计了制冷机控制器校准上位机软件,采用串口通信方式,向控制器发送命令或采集数据。通过该软件可以实现制冷机控制器校准参数设定、校准过程监控、校准数据保存等功能,实时跟踪校准过程,绘制出实时曲线,便于及时发现并解决校准过程中的问题。校准过程中的数据可以被保存至Excel,便于分析控制器电路特性。The Cryocooler plays a vital role in infrared sensing and other fields,and the calibration of the cryocooler controller is a key part to ensure the accurate temperature control of the cryocooler.Based on Visual Basic 6.0,the software for calibrating the cryocooler controller is designed,which uses serial communication to send commands or collect data to the controller.Through this software,functions such as the setting of calibration parameters of the refrigerator controller,monitoring of the calibration process,and saving of calibration data can be realized.The calibration process can be tracked in real-time,and real-time curves can be drawn,so that problems in the calibration process can be found and solved in time.The data during the calibration process can be saved to Excel for easy analysis of the controller circuit characteristics.
