摘　　要：专利分析一直以来是国家技术分析和企业研发管理的有效工具,因此国外较早的开展了系统研究和社会实践。通过对国外专利分析文献中专利的界定与社会价值、专利分析方法和专利的社会应用三个层面进行了研究综述,发现专利内容分析已经成为当前国外研究的热点,但同时发现在国外专利内容分析中还存在专利特征选择、阈值设定和时间因素等突出问题,并提出加强跨国专利分析和时间维度分析等建议,以此为我国组织和研究人员提供可行性参考。Patent analysis has long been regarded as an effective tool for national technology analysis as well as enterprise research and development management.Therefore,systematic research and social practice have been carried out earlier abroad.Through a research review of the definition and social value of patents,patent analysis methods and social applications of patents in foreign patent analysis documents,it is found that patent content analysis has become a hot spot in foreign research,but at the same time it is also found that there are also obvious problems such as patent feature selection,threshold setting and time factors.Suggestions for strengthening transnational patent analysis and time dimension analysis are proposed to provide feasibility references for organizations and researchers in our country.
