摘　　要：新时代面临新机遇、新挑战。建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态,尤其是做好做强马克思主义宣传教育,学懂弄通做实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,离不开建立健全意识形态工作的科学机制,包括多维动力机制、总体运行机制、全面保障机制等。认清并构建意识形态内部和外部既相对独立又相互作用的微观机制,有利于意识形态工作的有效运行,有助于国家意识形态安全和社会稳定发展。The new era faces new opportunities and challenges.To build a socialist ideology with strong cohesion and leadership,especially to do a good job in strengthening Marxist propaganda and education and learn to understand and apply the thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era by Xi jinping,is inseparable from the construction and improvement of the scientific mechanism for ideological work,including the multidimensional dynamic mechanism,overall operation mechanism,comprehensive guarantee mechanism,etc.It is beneficial to the effective operation of ideological work,the security of national ideology and the stable development of society to recognize and construct the micro mechanism of relative independence and interaction between internal and external ideology.
