摘  要:该文运用文献资料法、理论分析法,对赛艇运动的生理生化指标进行归纳分析,发现赛艇运动的科学训练需要结合生理生化指标共同实施,准确规律的指标监控会帮助运动员提高身体素质、比赛成绩,预防运动损伤。通过一些生理生化指标的定期测试,对运动员的身体机能进行评定,使教练员能够及时了解运动员的身体机能状况,为训练计划的制订、实施和及时反馈提供可靠的科学依据。及时掌握运动员的疲劳状况,有效运用一些疲劳的恢复手段,加快机体疲劳的恢复,调整运动负荷,避免疲劳进一步加深,预防运动损伤。The paper uses the method of literature and theoretical analysis to summarize and analyze the physiological and biochemical indexes of rowing,and finds that the scientific training of rowing needs to be carried out together with physiological and biochemical indexes,and the accurate and regular index monitoring can help athletes improve their physical quality,performance,and prevent sports injury.Through regular tests of some physiological and biochemical indicators,the athletes’physical functions are evaluated,so that coaches can understand the athletes’physical functions in time,and provide reliable scientific basis for the formulation,implementation and timely feedback of training plans.Timely grasp the fatigue status of athletes,effectively use some fatigue recovery methods,accelerate the recovery of body fatigue,adjust exercise load,avoid further deepening of fatigue,and prevent sports injuries.
