个案社会工作方法应用体育专业大学生管理的可行性研究

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法对当前体育专业大学生的管理现状进行分析,发现影响其管理工作发展创新的困境体现在:集体的管理模式,忽视学生个性化需求;以事为中心,忽视学生价值诉求;管理方法过于传统,影响管理效果;管理手段较为单一,不利于发挥专业特点。进而在工作目标、工作方法、工作手段等方面,分析个案社会工作方法在体育专业大学生管理工作中应用的可行性,试图推动管理方法的创新与改革,切实提高管理成效。The paper analyzes the current management situation of college students majoring in physical education by using the method of literature,and finds that the difficulties affecting the development and innovation of their management work are as follows:the collective management mode ignores the individual needs of students;take the matter as the center,neglect student value appeal;management methods are too traditional,affecting the management effect;the management method is relatively single,disadvantageous displays the specialized characteristic.In terms of work objectives,work methods and work means,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the application of social work methods in the management of college students majoring in physical education,and tries to promote the innovation and reform of management methods,so as to effectively improve the management effect.
