“全民健身”推动“健康中国”实施机理研究

摘　　要：结合全民健身的功能和意义来看,全民健身是实现健康中国战略目标的巨大推动力,同时也是健康中国的践行者。结合实际情况来看,全民健身能够引导广大群众参与到运动和健身活动中,增强群众的锻炼意识和健身习惯,是实现健康中国目标的必要前提和重要保障,同时也是推进健康中国步伐的重要途径。全民健身是指全国人民,不分男女老少,全体人民不断增强身体素质,从而使人民身体强健。全民健身是健康中国战略目标中的体育环节,通过全民健身可以使国民借助运动和健身的形式来增强体质健康,有效缓解医疗压力,进而推动健康中国的实现和发展。该文探讨了"全民健身"在"健康中国"中的地位,从通过全民健身推动个体健康、通过全民健身实现健康中国等两个方面论述了"全民健身"在"健康中国"中的作用。Combined with the function and significance of national fitness,national fitness is not only a huge driving force to achieve the strategic goal of healthy China,but also a practitioner of healthy China.Combined with the actual situation,national fitness to guide the masses to participate in sports and fitness activities,to enhance the awareness of exercise and fitness habits of the masses,is the necessary premise and important guarantee to achieve the goal of healthy China,but also an important way to promote the pace of healthy China.National fitness refers to the national people,regardless of men,women,old and young,the whole people continue to enhance the physical quality,so that the people’s physical fitness.Fitness for all is a key link in the strategic goal of healthy China.By means of exercise and fitness for all,people can enhance their physical health,effectively relieve medical pressure and promote the realization and development of healthy China.The paper probes into the position of"fitness for all"in"healthy China",the paper expounds the functions of"national fitness"in"healthy China"from two aspects of promoting individual health through national fitness and realizing healthy China through national fitness.
