竞技体育探索下群众化体育健身项目的研究

摘　　要：随着人民生活水平的不断提高,安逸享受的群体越来越多,各种"富贵病"也接踵而来,而体育运动可以很好地预防疾病、增强体质。竞技体育以其独特功能在体育健身项目中占有重要位置,将其与群众体育进行融合,有助于全民健身运动的蓬勃发展。该文通过介绍我国群众竞技体育健身的现状,分析竞技体育下群众化体育健身项目内容,最后探究竞技体育探索下群众化体育健身项目的发展途径。With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,more and more groups of people enjoy the comfort of the comfort,a variety of"rich diseases"also came,and sports can be a good way to prevent disease,enhance physical fitness.Competitive sports with its unique function in the sports health project occupies an important position.To combine it with mass sports is conducive to the vigorous development of national fitness.The paper introduces the current situation of mass competitive sports fitness in china,analyzes the content of mass sports fitness projectunders under competitive sports,and finally explores the development path of mass sports fitness projects under the exploration of competitive sports.
