摘　　要：科技服务业的创新活动对产业经济结构的优化有正向推动作用.科技服务通过服务网络内的知识转移形成了科技服务产业自身的价值链构建模式.从价值链的视角分析了科技服务网络的构成,构建了科技服务网络创新绩效评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法对区域科技服务业创新绩效进行了测度和评价,重点分析了湖北省科技服务业的绩效情况和不足之处.研究发现,我国科技服务业总体发展水平不高,还有很大的提升空间,区域科技投入和知识产权水平是影响科技服务网络创新绩效的重要因素.从完善支持机制、优化创新体系、强化服务主体和提升服务能力四个方面提出了提高科技服务网络创新绩效的对策建议.The innovation activities of science and technology service industry have a positive effect on the optimization of industrial economic structure.Through the knowledge transference in the service network,the science and technology service industry has formed its own value chain construction mode.This paper analyzes the composition of science and technology service network from the perspective of value chain,constructed the evaluation index system of innovation performance of science and technology service industry,measured and evaluated the innovation performance of regional science and technology service industry by principal component analysis methods,and analyzes the performance and shortcomings of science and technology service industry in Hubei Province.The results show that the overall development level of China'sscience and technology service industry is not high,and there is still a lot of room for improvement.Regional science and technology investment and intellectual property level are important factors affecting the innovation performance of science and technology service industry.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovation performance of science and technology service network from four aspects:improving support mechanism,optimizing innovation system,strengthening service subject and improving service ability.
