摘 要:为了确定深部高应力影响下蚀变岩型巷道合理的支护方案,本项目对焦家金矿15中段蚀变岩型巷道进行岩体质量分级,计算出分级结果并提出初步支护方案,运用Unwedge进行楔形体冒落分析,模拟深部高应力影响下蚀变岩型巷道楔形体大小及初步支护方案合理性,对初步支护方案进行优化分析。根据巷道形状及规格加工制作双钢筋,将其运用到锚杆锚索联合支护方法中,大大地提高了整体支护强度。最终确定深部高应力影响下蚀变岩型巷道采用"树脂锚杆+长锚索+双钢筋+喷射混凝土"联合支护方案。在此基础上,开展支护方案的现场工业试验,由巷道顶帮连续收敛监测结果表明,当应用"树脂锚杆+长锚索+双钢筋+喷射混凝土"联合支护方案支护后,巷道顶帮收敛变形在1个月内基本不再增长,可有效保证焦家金矿高应力下蚀变岩型巷道围岩在服务周期内的稳定性。In order to determine the reasonable support scheme of altered rock tunnel under the influence of deep high stress,the grade of the altered rock type roadway in the 15 th section of Jiaojia Gold Mine is carried out,the grade result is calculated and the preliminary support scheme is put forward. The Unwedge is adopted to analyze the size of the wedge and to simulate the rationality of the primary support scheme of the altered rock tunnel under the influence of high stress in the deep part. The primary support scheme are optimized and analyzed. According to the shape and specification of the roadway,the double steel bar is processed and applied to the combined support method of bolt and anchor cable,which greatly improves the overall support strength. The combined support scheme of "resin bolt + long anchor rope + double steel bars + shotcrete" is finally determined for altered rock roadway under the influence of deep high stress. On this basis,the site industrial test of the support scheme is carried out,and the monitoring results of the continuous convergence of the roadway roof show that when the combined support scheme of "resin bolt + long anchor rope + double steel bars + shotcrete" is applied,the convergence deformation of the roadway top does not increase within 1 month,which can effectively ensure the stability of the surrounding rock of the altered rock type roadway in the service cycle in Jiaojia Gold Mine.
