摘 要:辽宁风化壳型钒钛磁铁矿原矿中钒主要赋存在钒磁铁矿中,V2O5品位为0.227%,经湿式粗粒预抛尾—磨矿—弱磁选后可以得到TFe品位40.33%、V2O5品位1.561%的预富集精矿,属于典型的低铁高钒的钒钛磁铁矿。采用直接酸浸方法对预富集精矿进行处理,在硫酸初始浓度2.5 mol/L、HF浓度2.5 mol/L、浸出温度90℃、液固比5mL/g、浸出时间2 h、搅拌速度控制在100 r/min的条件下,钒的浸出率为95.68%。对浸出前后的预富集精矿与浸渣做XRD、钒物相分析、扫描电镜(SEM)分析。结果表明:钒的浸出率在浸出前期主要受溶液中硫酸用量的影响,在浸出后期,主要受硫酸浓度的影响。在搅拌条件下能够大幅提高钒的浸出率,但搅拌速度对钒的浸出率影响不大。Vanadium in raw vanadium titanium magnetite of weathering crust-type in Liaoning Province is mainly hosted in vanadium magnetite,with V2 O5 grade of 0.227%. After wet coarse particle pre discarding tailings grinding low intensity magnetic separation,preconcentration concentrate with TFE grade of 40.33% and V2 O5 grade of 1.561% can be obtained,which belongs to the typical vanadium titanium magnetite with low iron and high vanadium content. Under the conditions of initial sulfuric acid concentration of 2.5 mol/L,HF concentration of 2.5 mol/L,leaching temperature of 90 ℃,liquid-solid ratio of 5 mL/g,leaching time of 2 h and stirring speed of 100 r/min,the leaching rate of vanadium can reach 95.68%. The preconcentration concentrate and leaching residue before and after leaching were analyzed by XRD,vanadium phase analysis and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that the leaching rate of vanadium is mainly affected by the amount of sulfuric acid in the solution in the early stage of leaching,and mainly affected by the concentration of sulfuric acid in the later stage of leaching. However,stirring speed has little effect on the leaching rate of vanadium.
