摘 要:在采矿工程采运排作业的运输环节中,带式连续运输比较常见。矿仓在带式连续运输中经常被设置,对于其容量大小如何安排的研究很有意义。详细分析了矿仓对整个采矿连续运输系统的动态影响以及仓前与仓后环节故障所遵循的规律等,提出了一种新的采矿带式连续运输系统中矿仓容量的动态优化控制模型,给出了模型的详细建造过程和解法。利用本研究提出的方法,可以分析制约整个采矿带式连续运输系统可靠性和经济性的因素,有助于帮助决策者有针对性地采取措施。In the transportation part of mine engineering, the belt continuous transportation are common. The mine bin often need to be set in belt continuous transportation system, so it is meaningful to study how to arrange its capacity. The dynamic influence of ore bin on the whole mining continuous transportation system and the rules of the link faults ahead and behind the bin are analyzed in detail. A new dynamic optimization control model of the bin capacity in the mining belt continuous transportation system is proposed, and the detailed construction process and solution of the model are given. By using the method proposed in this study, the factors restricting the reliability and economy of the whole mining belt continuous transportation system can be analyzed, which is helpful for decision makers to take targeted measures.
