摘 要:银西高铁是我国穿越黄土地层最厚和穿越黄土地层段落最长的有砟高速铁路,线路需穿越黄土古土壤层、红黏土膨胀地层、软塑黄土夹层带及高含水率黄土层等各类特殊软弱地层,特殊地层给隧道建设带来极大困难。基于理论分析、模拟试验及现场验证等方法,对复杂黄土隧道的结构设计、支护措施、软塑黄土改良技术及施工工法等关键技术展开研究并取得相应成果。实践证明,这些成果的应用极大保障了隧道工程的顺利进展,同时也提升了我国高速铁路隧道的建设水平。关键技术成果可为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。Yinchuan-Xi’an High Speed Railway is a ballasted high speed railway crossing the thickest and the longest loess-stratum section in China.The line crosses various special soft soil strata such as loess paleosol stratum,red clay swelling stratum,soft plastic loess interlayer belt and loess stratum with high water content,which bring great difficulties to tunnel construction.Based on theoretical analysis,simulation test and field verification,the key technologies for structural design,supporting measures,soft plastic loess improvement and construction method of complex loess tunnel were studied and corresponding research results were achieved.The practice shows that the application of these results has greatly guaranteed the smooth progress of tunnel construction,and also improved the construction level of high-speed railway tunnels in China.The key technical results can be referenced by similar projects.
