摘 要:选取细木工板、实木复合地板和九厘板三种铺地材料,利用火灾烟气毒性分析测试平台在不同燃烧条件下进行试验,研究温度和进气速率对材料燃烧产生毒气的影响。试验结果表明:对于细木工板和九厘板,低辐射温度影响CO的释放,在高进气速率条件下燃烧产生的氮氧化合物会在温度升高时显著降低,在低温条件下燃烧产生的烟和氮氧化合物会在进气速率增大时增多;实木复合地板在温度升高时燃烧过程中几乎不产生CO且释放的NO浓度显著降低,在进气速率增大时燃烧产生的NO极少但NO_2会增多;三种材料燃烧毒性从大到小依次为九厘板、细木工板、实木复合地板。Three flooring materials,namely joinery board,solid wood composite board and 9 cm board were selected in an experiment.The smoke toxicity analysis test platform was used to study the influence of temperature and air intake rate on the material combustion gas in different combustion conditions.The results show that low radiation temperature affects the release of carbon monoxide in the burning of joinery board and 9 cm board,and the nitrogen oxides produced by combustion under the condition of high intake rate will decrease significantly when the temperature rises,and the smoke and nitrogen oxides produced by combustion under the condition of low temperature will increase when the intake rate increases.When the temperature rises,the combustion process of solid wood composite board produces almost no carbon monoxide,and the concentration of nitric oxide released significantly decreases.When the intake rate increases,the combustion produces little nitric oxide but more nitrogen dioxide.The toxicity of burning from high to low ranges in order from 9 cm board to joinery board to solid wood composite board.
