摘 要:参考相关规范设计盐雾试验箱,对三种不同形式连接的多股铜导线接头进行老化试验模拟制得老化接头,并对三种接头的电阻、通电温升、微观形貌进行研究。结果表明,老化试验后各接头接触电阻均有增高,通电后温度升高,且螺纹压接接头在老化后的通电试验中出现崩裂产生电弧现象;未进行老化试验时,各接头通电升温后线芯表面微观形貌与对照组无明显区别,老化后出现了不同程度的氧化腐蚀,老化试样通电后氧化层消失,线芯表面有不同程度的剥离脱落情况。To study the resistance,temperature rise and micro-morphology of different aging joints,an aging test simulation was conducted with multi-strand copper wires connected in three different ways in a salt spray aging sample box designed with reference to relevant specifications.The results show that after the aging test,the contact resistance of each joint increases,and the temperature of energization rises,and the thread crimping joint cracks and generates arcs in the energization test;when the aging test is not carried out,the micro-morphology of the energized joints’core surface is not significantly different from that of the control group,but after aging,different degrees of oxidative corrosion appear on the unenergized joints’core surface,and when the aging sample is energized,the oxidized layer disappears and the core surface peels off to different extents.
