全域旅游理念下玉溪市旅游业空间布局优化研究

摘　　要：按照全域旅游发展理念,玉溪市旅游业原有的空间布局已经不适应当前旅游业发展的要求.表示为:在空间上,“一核两翼”点轴发展模式,不能满足新时代大众旅游发展的需求.在发展上,“一核两翼”并没有发挥它的职能定位.在要素上,“一核两翼”容易导致旅游要素供给和使用效率低.基于以上问题,文章提出玉溪市旅游业空间布局优化措施:一是扩大“一核”,联合红塔区和江川区,着力打造两区一体的“城市旅游中心圈”;二是以玉元高速为联络线,峨山县、新平县和元江县实施区域联合开发,拓展玉元民族风情旅游带,澄江市重点做精抚仙湖高端休闲度假旅游区;三是依托通海县、华宁县培育玉溪旅游业延伸拓展的腹地;四是以易门县为“桥头堡”,建设通往滇西北旅游热区的新通道.According to the concept of tourism development in the whole region,the original spatial layout of Yuxi tourism has not met the requirements of current tourism development.In space,the“one core,two wings”point axis development mode has not met the requirements of the development of mass tourism in the new era.On development,“one core,two wings”does not play its role.In terms of elements,“one core,two wings”is likely to lead to low efficiency in the supply and use of tourism elements.Considering the above problems,this paper puts forward the optimization measures of Yuxi tourism spatial layout.First,expanding the“one core”,combining Hongta and Jiangchuan District,and striving to build a“urban tourism center circle”integrating the two districts;Second,taking Yuyuan expressway as the connecting line,implementing regional joint development in Eshan,Xinping and Yuanjiang County,expanding Yuyuan ethnic tourism belt,and Chengjiang City focuses on promoting the Fuxian lake high-end leisure resort;The third is cultivating the hinterland of Yuxi tourism extension and expansion relying on Tonghai and Huaning County;The fourth is building a new channel to the tourism hot area in Northwest Yunnan with Yimen County as the“bridgehead”.
