摘  要:以双有源全桥隔离DC-DC变换器为研究对象,开展相移控制的研究。首先,分析变换器在相移控制下的工作原理,分别推导了单相移和双相移控制下变换器的传输功率数学模型。然后,建立了变换器在单相相移和双相移下的回流功率模型,通过仿真对比了两种控制方法下的变换器回流功率。最后,通过以TMS320F28335为控制核心的1 kW SiC试验样机进行对比实验,试验结果表明:与单相移控制相比,双相移控制能有效降低回流功率,提升变流器的效率,验证了所建模型和仿真分析的正确性。In this paper,the research of phase-shift control for the dual active full-bridge isolated DC-DC converter is carried out.Firstly,the working principle of the converter under phase shift control is analyzed,and the mathematical model of the transmission power of the convert⁃er under single-phase shift and dual-phase shift control is derived.Then,the reactive power model of the converter under single-phase phase shift and dual-phase shift is established,and the reactive power of the two control methods is compared by simulation.Finally,the compari⁃son experiment was carried out with a 1 kW SiC experimental prototype with TMS320F28335 as the control core.The experimental results show that compared with the single-phase shift control,the dual-phase shift control can effectively reduce the reactive power and improve the efficiency of the converter,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the simulation.
