桥接内固定联合定制钢板对四肢粉碎性骨折的短期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究对四肢粉碎性骨折患者给予桥接内固定与定制钢板联合手术治疗后短期内的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1至6月收治的四肢粉碎性骨折患者,随机分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)。观察组患者给予桥接内固定联合系统联合定制钢板手术治疗。对照组给予传统锁定加压钢板手术治疗。观察两组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间、术后3个月不良反应发生情况和临床疗效;采用VAS评分观察两组术前、术后3个月关节疼痛情况。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后3个月总不良反应发生率12%(3/25)低于对照组32%(8/25)(P<0.05)。两组术前VAS评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);术后3个月观察组患者VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后3个月两组VAS评分均低于本组术前(P<0.05)。术后3个月观察组治疗优良率68%(17/25)高于对照组40%(10/25)(P<0.05)。结论桥接系统内固定联合定制钢板手术能在治疗后短期内明显缓解四肢粉碎性骨折患者疼痛症状,利于患者预后恢复。Objective To study the short term clinical efficacy of bridging internal fixation combined with customized steel plate in the treatment of limb comminuted fracture.Methods From January,2019 to June,2019,50 patients with complex limb fractures were admitted to our hospital.They were divided into study group(n=25)and routine group(n=25)at random.The patients in the study group were treated with bridge combined digital customized plate and the patients in the routine group were treated with traditional locking compression plate to evaluate the effect of each treatment mode.Results The operation time,blood loss,hospitalization in the study group were less than those in the routine group.The incidence of total adverse reaction in study group was 12%,and it was less than that in routine group,which was 32%.There was no obvious difference between study group and routine group in VAS before surgery,but three months later after the surgery,we found that significant differences occurred.VAS was less in study group than that in routine group.The excellent treatment rate of study group was 68%,higher than that in routine group,which was only 40%(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of bridging intermal fixation system and digital customized steel plate ffectively alleviates the pain of patients suffering from comminuted fracture,and it is in favor of their recovery.
