摘  要:嫦娥五号任务是实现中国首次月球无人交会对接与采样返回,嫦娥五号探测器系统由轨道器、着陆器、上升器和返回器四器组成。轨道器由上海航天技术研究院抓总研制,首次完成了月球轨道无人对接与样品转移任务,同时承担地月往返运输任务。轨道器采用了外承力筒、四贮箱平铺下探、双太阳翼的构型设计方案,实现了航天器的大承载、轻量化功能;采用了推进仪器舱、对接舱、支撑舱三舱组合的构型布局方案,满足了5个分离面、8个飞行阶段和多种飞行姿态的设备布局需求;分布式一体化综合电子技术的应用,优化和整合了整器的电子功能。The mission of Chang’e-5 is the first unmanned lunar rendezvous & docking and sampling return in China. The Chang’e-5 probe is comprised of 4 parts:an Orbiter,a Lander,an Ascender and a Returner. The Orbiter is developed by The Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology. It completes the unmanned docking and sample transfer mission of the lunar orbit for the first time,and also undertakes the round-trip mission of earth-moon transportation. The orbiter adopts the configuration design scheme including external bearing cylinder,the four tileddown tanks and double solar wings to realize the functions of large carrying capacity and light weight of the spacecraft.The configuration layout plan of the three-cabin combination,i. e. the propulsion & instrument module,the docking module and the support module,is employed to the orbiter. It meets the equipment layout requirements of 5 separation surfaces,8 flight stages and various flight attitudes. The application of the distributed integrated electronic technology optimizes and integrates the electronic functions of the integrator.
