摘 要:针对SWRCH35K热轧盘条魏氏组织及混晶的现象,对实验数据进行了研究及理论分析,找出了SWRCH35K热轧盘条魏氏组织及混晶缺陷的主要原因,并提出了通过降低吐丝温度、调整入保温罩和出保温罩的温度来消除魏氏组织;通过提高精轧入口温度,使精轧道次在再结晶区轧制来消除混晶的控冷优化措施。工艺优化后,SWRCH35K产品的晶粒细小、均匀且无魏氏组织出现。Aimed at the phenomenon of Widmanstatten microstructure and mixed crystal of SWRCH35K hot rolled strip,the research and theoretical analysis of the experimental data are carried out,the main reasons for the defects of SWRCH35K and mixing are found out.The optimization measures are putted forward to eliminate the Widmanstatten microstructure by lowering the spinning temperature,adjusting the temperature of the insulation cover and the temperature of the insulation cover,and the cooling control optimization measures are proposed to eliminate the mixed crystal structure by increasing the inlet temperature of finishing rolling and rolling the finishing pass in the recrystallization zone.After process optimization,the grain size of SWRCH35K product is fine and uniform without Widmanstatten structure.
