内循环式烟气循环工艺在安钢一号烧结机的应用

摘　　要：通过技改工程,在安钢1#烧结机系统实现了烟气内循环工艺,不仅回收利用了烧结烟道废气余热,减少了烧结矿固体燃料消耗,而且通过降低主抽风机、主电除尘器和脱硫装置负荷,达到了减少烧结烟气污染物排放的目的。Through the technical reform project, the flue gas internal circulation process is realized in the sintering machine system of No.1 sintering machine of Angang. Not only the waste heat of the sintering flue gas is recovered and the consumption of solid fuel in the sinter is reduced, but also the discharge of pollutants from the sintered flue gas is reduced by reducing the load of the main exhaust fan, the main dust collector and the desulfurization device.
