摘 要:提出一种基于模块迭代的火电厂热力系统建模方法,逐个调用模块方程进行迭代计算,求解热力系统整体参数。该方法能够灵活实现系统建模,避免了联立方程求解法对初始值要求高的困难,对查找异常模块较为便捷,具有很强的实用性。针对某350 MW机组,基于设计数据建立设备参数模型,利用所提出的方法进行系统整体变工况计算。结果表明:该方法能够准确计算热力系统参数,验证了所提出方法的可靠性。A component iteration based fossil-fuel power plant thermal system modelling method is developed, which solves the component equations one by one for iteration calculation of the thermal system parameters. It is flexible for system modeling, convenient for finding wrong components, and can avoid the problem of variable initialization for equation based methods. A case study was carried out for the thermal system of a 350 MW power generation unit to build component characteristic parameter mode based on design data, and then applies the proposed methods for thermal system variable condition calculation. Results showed that the proposed method has a high accuracy, thus proves its feasibility.
