摘  要:火力发电厂普遍采用回热加热系统,高压加热器作为回热加热系统的重要设备,其能否安全稳定运行直接影响机组运行的经济性。因此机组运行中要密切监视高压加热器的运行参数。针对某600 MW机组高压加热器下端差(也称疏水端差)参数增大的现象进行分析,并制订解决措施,提高机组的安全稳定经济性。The regenerative heating system is widely used in thermal power plants. As an important equipment of the regenerative heating system, the safety and stability of the high-pressure heater directly affect the operation economy of the whole unit. During the operation of the unit, the operation parameters of the high-pressure heater should be closely monitored. This paper mainly analyzes the increase of the parameters of the lower end difference(also known as the drain end difference) of the high-pressure heater in a 600 MW power plant, and formulates solutions to improve the safety, stability and economy of the unit.
