摘　　要：电石加热炉将加热完成后的电石卸放至转运小车上的电石锅内,将高温电石运送至特定隧道窑中进行冷却,对其余热进行回收利用,一改以往自然冷却所带来的能量损失和环境污染问题。电石砣余热回收锅搬运系统,对电石生产现场进行了合理的布局和利用,对电石余热的二次开发利用为企业自身提高了收益,是对电石行业智能化和绿色化发展的又一次提升。The calcium carbide heating furnace unloads the finished calcium carbide into the calcium carbide pot on the transfer trolley, transports the high-temperature calcium carbide to the specific tunnel kiln for cooling, and recycles the waste heat, so as to change the energy loss and environmental pollution problems caused by natural cooling.The calcium carbide waste heat recovery pot handling system makes a reasonable layout and utilization of calcium carbide production site, and the secondary development and utilization of calcium carbide waste heat improves the income of the enterprise itself, which is another effective promotion of the intelligent and green development of calcium carbide industry.
