摘 要:组织间隙内镜外科(Tissue Interspace Endoscopic Surgery,TIES)是应用于体表软组织、肌间隙、脂肪筋膜间隙、面部器官等部位的内镜手术。相关探索已有近40余年历史,但一直没有提出明确的概念,缺乏针对性系统性技术研发,发展较缓慢。当代微创精准医疗引领着外科前沿技术,本文结合内镜技术进展,对组织间隙内镜技术的应用前景进行了梳理,并首次提出组织间隙内镜外科TIES概念,对其在临床的应用、发展趋势、存在的问题等进行回顾和技术展望。Tissue Interspace Endoscopy Surgery(TIES)is applicable to endoscopic surgery,including superficial soft tissues,muscular spaces,fatty fascia spaces,and facial organs.The related exploration has a history of nearly 40 years,but no definite concept has been put forward,lack of targeted and systematic technology research and the development is slow.Contemporary minimally invasive precise medicine leads the cutting-edge technology of surgery.Based on the progress of endoscopic technology,this paper summarizes the application prospect of TIES,and first propose the concept of TIES.Its clinical application,development trend and existing problems were reviewed and technical prospects were presented.
