摘　　要：目的开发护士群体对"互联网+护理服务"使用意愿影响因素量表。方法基于价值接受模型的理论框架开发量表,在广东省采用方便抽样法调查5个城市8家医院,共发放问卷600份,回收有效问卷497份,有效回收率82.8%。结果量表及各潜变量Cronbach系数均>0.800,具有较好的内部一致性信度。验证性因子分析结果显示χ2/df=2.517,AIC=17316.803,BIC=17742.738,CFI=0.929,TLI=0.918,RMSEA=0.071,SRMR=0.041,模型拟合指数良好。量表各条目因子负荷量0.719~0.945,信度系数0.516~0.893,组合信度系数0.847~0.953,表明量表的信效度较为理想。结论该问卷可用于测量护士群体对"互联网+护理服务"的使用意愿及其影响因素。Objective To develop a influence factor questionnaire of nurses’ Intention on Internet+ service. Methods Based on the theoretical framework of value acceptance model(VAM), the influence factor questionnaire of nurses ’ intention on Internet+service was developed. And the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested in 600 respondents from 8 public hospitals in five cities of Guangdong Province through random sampling method.We collected 497 valid questionnaires, with an effective recovery rate of 82.8%.Results In this study, Cronbach’s α coefficient of the questionnaire and every latent variable were >0.800, indicating good internal consistency. Exploratory factor analysis result showed that only the fitting index of the eight factor model met the requirements. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that χ~2/df=2.517, AIC=17316.803, BIC=17742.738, CFI=0.929, TLI=0.918,RMSEA=0.071, SRMR=0.041, and the fitting indexes of each model were good. The load of each item ranged from 0.719 to 0.945;the reliability coefficient of each item from 0.516 to 0.893 and the reliability of each dimension from 0.847 to 0.953, all indicating good construct validity. Conclusion The questionnaire developed can be used for exploring the nurses ’ intention on Internet +service and its influence factors.
