外固定支架辅以骨折治疗仪治疗胫腓骨开放性粉碎性骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析外固定支架辅以骨折治疗仪在胫腓骨开放性粉碎性骨折中的临床治疗效果。方法46例胫腓骨开放性粉碎性骨折患者,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组23例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合外固定支架辅以骨折治疗仪治疗。比较两组患者的骨折愈合情况、生活质量与总体健康状况。结果观察组患者骨折愈合优良率为86.96%(20/23),高于对照组的60.87%(14/23),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量评分、总体健康状况评分分别为(93.46±2.48)、(92.68±3.58)分,明显高于对照组的(82.34±5.45)、(83.05±4.53)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在治疗胫腓骨开放性粉碎性骨折患者过程中,积极给予外固定支架辅以骨折治疗仪治疗,效果确切,可有效提高骨折愈合优良率,提升生活质量,保证患者总体健康。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of external fixator combined with fracture therapeutic instrument on open comminuted fracture of tibia and fibula.Methods A total of 46 patients with open comminuted fracture of tibia and fibula were divided into control group and observation group according to admission order,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with external fixator combined with fracture therapeutic instrument based on the control group.The fracture healing,quality of life and general health were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of fracture healing of the observation group was 86.96%(20/23),which was higher than 60.87%(14/23)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score and general health score of the observation group were(93.46±2.48)and(92.68±3.58)points,which were obviously higher than(82.34±5.45)and(83.05±4.53)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External fixator combined with fracture therapeutic instrument has affirmative effect on open comminuted fracture of tibia and fibula,which can effectively improve the excellent rate of fracture healing and quality of life,and ensure the general health.
