摘  要:熊科动物分布于我国的各个地区,不同的生存条件与生活习性导致其机体生理生化存在差异。红细胞作为气体运输的重要载体,对机体代谢及生命学过程有重要作用。本研究中,通过流式分选技术对大熊猫及亚洲黑熊红细胞进行纯化,并通过液相色谱偶联二级质谱的方法,对大熊猫及亚洲黑熊红细胞膜蛋白进行检测。通过检测,同检测到大熊猫红细胞膜蛋白388种,亚洲黑熊红细胞膜蛋白315种,并对上述检测中膜蛋白功能进行分类检索,发现二者红细胞膜蛋白主要功能较为一致,但也发现大熊猫参与能量代谢的膜蛋白略多于亚洲黑熊。Representatives of the Ursidae are distributed in various regions of China.Different living conditions and habits lead to differences in their physiology and biochemistry.As an important transporter of gases,red blood cells play an important role in mammalian metabolism and biotic processes.In this study,giant panda(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)and Asian black bear(Ursus thibetanus)red blood cells were purified by flow cytometry,and the red cell membrane proteins were detected by liquid chromatography coupled with two-phase mass spectrometry.Through testing,388 types of red cell membrane proteins of giant panda and 315 types of black cell membrane proteins of Asian black bear were detected.We classified and searched membrane protein functions.The main functions of red cell membrane proteins were more consistent,but slightly more membrane proteins were involved in energy metabolism in giant panda than in Asian black bear.
