摘  要:本研究以N-烯丙基咪唑β-环糊精(N-Allyl-β-CD)和功能化UiO-66(GMA-UiO-66)为单体,采用一步键合法制备了一种新型的杂化整体柱。实验优化了制柱条件,通过红外光谱、X射线衍射、N2吸附-脱附、扫描电镜和能谱对柱内固定相进行表征。以D,L-精氨酸(D,L-Arg)为分析物对杂化整体柱性能进行评价。结果表明,杂化整体柱内固定相与柱壁键合紧密,形成较均匀的网状结构,GMA-UiO-66成功引入到固定相中;杂化整体柱具有良好的通透性、比表面积和机械稳定性,同时该柱具有良好的稳定性及重现性。该柱成功高效分离喹禾灵和禾草灵两种手性农药对映体,分离度RS分别为1.54和1.63。In this study,a new type of organic-inorganic hybrid was prepared using N-Allyl-imidazole β-cyclodextrin(N-Allyl-β-CD) and GMA-UiO-66 as monomers.The column preparation conditions were optimized,and the stationary phases in the column were characterized by IR,XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,SEM and EDS,respectively.The performance of monolithic column was evaluated by D,L-Arg.The results showed that the solid phase in the monolithic column was tightly bonded to the column wall to form an intricate network structure.GMA-UiO-66 was successfully introduced into the stationary phase and the monolithic column had good permeability and mechanical strength.The column was successfully used to separate two enantiomeric enantiomers of quinoxaline and grass herb with a resolution of 1.54 and 1.63,respectively.
