摘  要:二阶非线性晶体4-(4-二甲基氨基苯乙烯基)甲基吡啶对甲基苯磺酸盐(DAST)在太赫兹光谱/成像等仪器设备上有着广泛的应用,但是由于传统方法制备出的都是DAST晶体,无法应用在光电子集成器件中。此外DAST的光损伤阈值低、稳定性不足等缺点,也极大地影响了它的应用范围。为了拓展DAST晶体在集成光路中的应用,首先通过主-客体系超分子包覆的方法,将DAST分子包覆于β-环糊精(β-CD)腔体之中并制备出其微晶。该微晶不仅保持了DAST晶体的二阶非线性,而且还拥有远超DAST晶体的荧光特性,在532 nm皮秒激光的泵浦下,展示出良好的激光特性。在此基础上,通过表面支持的快速蒸发结晶法(SSREC)与甲醇的饱和蒸气压下自组装培养相结合,在亲水基板上尝试单晶纳米线阵列的制备,并调整实验参数,使得纳米线在一定程度上定向生长,且离散的纳米晶体的晶向保持一致。The second-order nonlinear crystal 4-N,N-dimethylamino-4′-N′-methyl-stibazolium(DAST)is widely used in terahertz spectrum/imaging equipment,the DAST prepared by traditional methods has large volume,low light damage threshold and stability,it can not be used in optoelectronic integrated devices.In order to expand the application of DAST crystal in the integrated optical circuit,first of all,DAST molecules were inserted inβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD)cavity by the method of host-guest supramolecular inclusion strategy,and its micro-nano crystals were prepared successfully.The micro-nano crystals not only keep the second-order nonlinearity of the DAST crystal,but also have great enhancement in fluorescence characteristics,and laser signal can be easily excited under the pumping of 532 nm picosecond laser.Furthermore,we tried to prepare single-crystal nanowire arrays on hydrophilic substrates by combining substrate-supported rapid evaporation crystallization(SSREC)method with cultivation process under a saturated methanol atmosphere.By adjusting the experimental parameters,the single crystalline nanowires can be oriented,and keep same crystal orientation.
