苯作业工人上岗1年后白细胞参数变化规律研究

摘　　要：目的了解惠州市苯作业工人上岗前后白细胞参数变化规律。方法本研究对象为2017年入职且2018年仍在岗的全市苯作业工人。白细胞参数指标包括白细胞计数(WBC)、淋巴细胞计数及其比例(LYM,LY%)、中间细胞计数及其比例(MID,MID%)、中性粒细胞计数及其比例(NE,NE%)、嗜酸性粒细胞计数及其比例(EO,EO%)和嗜碱性粒细胞计数及其比例(BASO,BASO%)。采用配对t检验和χ^2检验比较苯作业工人上岗前后白细胞参数变化。结果本研究共纳入1040名苯作业工人,其中男性858人,女性158人,平均年龄为31岁(2017年)。从事苯作业1年后,LYM和LY%值有所增大(P<0.001),WBC、MID、MID%和NE%值有所降低(P<0.05)。从事苯作业1年后,LYM和LY%异常升高率增大(P<0.05),WBC异常升高率降低(P<0.05),MID%异常降低率增大(P<0.05)。结论白细胞参数在工人从事苯作业1年后发生改变,主要为LYM和LY%升高以及WBC和MID%降低。Objective:To explore the change of leucocyte parameters of benzene-exposed workers before and after employment.Methods:The subjects were benzene workers who were employed in 2017 and still working in 2018.The included indicators were WBC,LYM,LY%,MID,MID%,NE,NE%,EO,EO%,BASO and BASO%.Paired t-test and Chi-square test were used to compare the difference of leucocyte parameters before and after employment.Results:A total of 1040 benzene workers were enrolled in this study,including 858 males and 158 females,with an average age of 31 years(2017).One year after benzene exposure,LYM and LY%values increased(P<0.001),while WBC,MID,MID%and NE%values decreased(P<0.05).One year after benzene exposure,the increase frequency of LYM and LY%increased(P<0.005),along with the decrease of the increase frequency of WBC(P<0.05),and the lower frequency of MID%increased(P<0.05).Conclusion::Leucocyte parameters change one year after the workers have been exposed to benzene,and the main manifestations are elevated LYM and LY%and decreased WBC and MID%.
