踝关节镜辅助下微创治疗距骨骨折的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究踝关节镜辅助下微创治疗距骨骨折的实际临床效用。方法对照组单纯行常规开放手术治疗,观察组于踝关节镜辅助下微创治疗,观察两组治疗前后VAS及关节功能指标、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果治疗前两组VAS及关节功能指标无差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论踝关节镜辅助下微创治疗距骨骨折具备明确临床疗效,改善关节功能及疼痛情况效用确切,治疗后并发症少,可靠性高,临床价值大。Objective:To explore the practical clinical effect of ankle arthroscopy assisted minimally invasive treatment of talus fractures.Methods:The control group was treated with conventional open surgery alone.The observation group was treated with ankle arthroscopy with minimally invasive treatment.The VAS and joint function indexes,clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:There was no difference in VAS and joint function indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the group was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ankle arthroscopy assisted minimally invasive treatment of talus fractures has a definite clinical effect,and it is effective in improving joint function and pain.It has few complications after treatment,high reliability,and great clinical value.
