远程监管POCT血糖仪室内质控的干预研究

摘　　要：目的探讨远程监管POCT血糖仪室内质控的效果。方法选取2020年2月至4月泰安市中心医院各病区67台POCT血糖仪作为研究对象,并随机将35台分为试验组和32台对照组,试验组通过手机APP智能化监控系统实行远程监管,对照组实行常规网络化管理,比较远程监管前后两组室内质控执行率、室内质控操作合格率的差异。结果实行远程监管后室内质控执行率、操作合格率试验组比对照组间有明显提高;同时,试验组在实施远程监管前后室内质控执行率、操作合格率有明显提高。结论通过手机APP智能化远程监管可有效提高POCT血糖仪室内质控执行率和操作规范化,值得在临床上进行推广使用。Objective:To explore the effects of monitoring the indoor quality control of the POCT blood glucose meters.Methods:From February to April 2020,67 POCT blood glucose meters from Taian city central hospital were selected as the research objects,and 35 of them were divided into the experimental group and 32 were assigned the control group randomly.The experimental group were given remote supervision by the mobile phone APP and its intelligent wireless monitor,and the control group were given routine network management.The difference of the implementation rate and the qualified operation rate of the indoor quality control of POCT blood glucose meters were compared between the two groups before and after remote supervision.Results:The implementation rate and the qualified operation rate of the indoor quality control in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group;meanwhile,the implementation rate and the qualified operation rate of the indoor quality control in the experimental group were significantly higher after the remote supervision.Conclusion:The remote supervision of mobile phone APP and its intelligent wireless monitor can effectively improve the implementation rate and the qualified operation rate and regulate operations of the indoor quality control of POCT blood glucose meter,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
