摘 要:近几年中国大量进口几内亚高铁铝土矿,产生大量高碱的高铁赤泥,污染环境的同时又造成了金属资源的浪费.针对高铁赤泥目前面临的处理难题,研究以高铁赤泥还原提铁后的尾渣为原料制备硫铝酸盐水泥,从烧结温度、保温时间、冷却方式三方面考察硫铝酸盐水泥熟料的烧结情况.实验通过XRD检测观察水泥熟料中关键相3CaO·3Al 2O 3·CaSO 4和β-2CaO·SiO 2的结晶情况,结果显示在1350℃、保温时间1.0 h、空冷的条件下,3CaO·3Al 2O 3·CaSO 4和β-2CaO·SiO 2的结晶最充分.In recent years,China has imported a large amount of high-iron bauxite from Guinea,which produces a large amount of high-alkali and high-iron red mud,which pollutes the environment and also causes a waste of metal resources.For the current processing problems of high iron red mud.In this research,sulfoaluminate cement was prepared by the tailings after iron extraction from high iron red mud.This study investigates the sintering situation of sulphoaluminate cement clinker from three factors:sintering temperature,holding time and cooling method.The crystallization of the key phases 3CaO·3Al 2O 3·CaSO 4 andβ-2CaO·SiO 2 was observed by XRD analysis.The crystallization of 3CaO·3Al 2O 3·CaSO 4 andβ-2CaO·SiO 2 was the most sufficient at 1350℃,holding time 1.0 h and air cooling.
