摘 要:为了达到对电弧炉钢液精准控氮的目的,本研究基于电弧炉冶炼气氛多变的特征,采用MoSi 2炉在1600℃时模拟电弧炉冶炼,探究不同氮分压(100,60,20 kPa)下混合气体浸入式吹氮过程中钢液的吸氮行为.实验结果显示:在前20 min的吹炼时间内钢液吸氮速率最大,最大值为0.00144%/min;钢液在吹氮过程中同时发生吸氮和脱氮反应,共同影响钢液的氮溶解度;氮分压越高,钢液的氮溶解度越大,最大值为0.0383%.不同氮分压下,钢液氮溶解度实际值与热力学模型计算值的相对误差分别只有1.6%,0.7%和0.6%;不同吹炼时刻的钢液吸氮实际值与吸氮动力学模型计算值的相对误差平均值分别为0.6%,0.8%和1.1%.因此,可根据吹氮过程的氮分压,通过模型计算钢液氮溶解度和吹氮时间,实现对钢液精准控氮.To accurately control nitrogen content in molten steel in EAF,MoSi 2 furnace was used to simulate EAF smelting which has the characteristics of variable gas atmospheres,exploring the nitrogen absorption behavior of molten steel at 1600℃at different nitrogen partial pressures(100,60,20 kPa)in mixed submerged blowing gases.The experimental results show that:in the first 20 min of blowing time,the nitrogen absorption rate of molten steel reaches the maximum value of 0.00144%/min;nitrogen absorption and desorption processes occur simultaneously during nitrogen blowing,thus influencing the nitrogen solubility of molten steel.Nitrogen solubility increases with increasing nitrogen partial pressure,and the maximum value is 0.0383%;The relative errors between measured nitrogen solubilities and the values calculated with thermodynamic model are only 1.6%,0.7%and 0.6%at different nitrogen partial pressures.The mean relative errors between measured nitrogen contents and calculated values with kinetic model at different times are 0.6%,0.8%and 1.1%,respectively.Therefore,accurate control of nitrogen content in molten steel could be achieved by calculating nitrogen solubility at actual nitrogen pressure and the blowing time.
