摘  要:以含杂质Fe^3+,Al^3+,Cu^2+,Ca^2+,Mg^2+,Mn^2+,Zn^2+的萃铜余液为处理对象,针对萃铜余液中杂质多、成分复杂的特点,采用CaO除杂—MgO除杂—NaF除杂—P204萃取深度净化除杂的工艺,研究了各工序主要工艺参数对杂质离子去除率和Co^2+保留率的影响,获得适宜的除杂条件.在该条件下,萃铜余液中Fe^3+,Al^3+,Cu^2+,Ca^2+,Mg^2+,Mn^2+,Zn^2+的质量浓度分别由0.87,1.50,0.56,0.44,1.24,1.00,0.62 g/L降至0,0,0,0,0.025,0.006,0.021 g/L,除杂率分别为100%,100%,100%,100%,98%,99.4%,96.6%.该溶液金属杂质基本脱除,Co^2+的质量浓度由除杂前的1.07 g/L降至0.943 g/L,保留率88.1%;除杂后经草酸沉淀得到纯度为99%的草酸钴(CoC2O4).In this paper,the residual copper extraction solution from copper cobalt oxide ore containing impurities such as Fe,Al,Cu,CA,Mg,Mn and Zn was treated.Due to many impurities and complex components existing in the solution,the process of impurity removal technology was adopted by CaO-impurity removal,MgO-impurity removal,NaF-impurity removal,and P204 extraction.The influence of main processing parameters in each process on impurity removal rate and cobalt retention rate was studied,and the appropriate impurity removal condition was obtained.Under the certain condition,Fe,Al,Cu,CA,Mg,Mn,Zn in the residual copper extraction solution of copper oxide cobalt ore decreased from 0.87,1.50,0.56,0.44,1.24,1.00,0.62 g/L to 0,0,0,0,0.025,0.006,0.021 g/L respectively,and the impurity removal rates were 100%,100%,100%,100%,98%,99.4%and 96.6%,respectively.The metallic impurities were removed basically.Moreover,the concentration of cobalt ion decreased from 1.07 g/L to 0.943 g/L,and the retention rate was 88.1%.The purity of cobalt oxalate(CoC 2O 4)was 99%after precipitation with oxalic acid.
