摘  要:采用粉煤灰来替代PVC复合板材混配料中的碳酸钙,研究了粉煤灰粒度分布和添加量对混配料流变性能的影响。结果表明:对粉煤灰进行筛分处理,去掉疏松多孔的大颗粒组分,缩窄粉煤灰的粒度分布,可减少粉煤灰对混配料中润滑剂的吸附;粉煤灰的适宜替代量为50%。Fly ash was used to replace calcium carbonate in the compound for PVC composite board. The effects of particle size distribution and amount of fly ash on the rheological property of the compound were studied. The fly ash was screened to remove loose and porous large particle components so that the particle size distribution of the ash was narrowed. The results showed that the ash with narrow particle size distribution reduced the adsorption of lubricant in the compound. The appropriate replacement amount of fly ash for calcium carbonate was 50%.
